In this 60-minute online workshop, we will explore:

- How to use "Chatbots" like ChatGPT and Google Gemini to save you time.
- Practical Demos: Watch live as we show you how you can use AI to write tricky emails and identify household objects using a phone camera.
- Staying Safe: Simple rules to ensure you use these tools with confidence and security.
Whether you want to write a poem for a grandchild, get help with a complaint letter, or just satisfy your curiosity, this session is designed for absolute beginners.
